4. Registration and Accounts

5.1 Service Fees

We accept payment through methods specified during the booking process. Payment must be received before or at the time services are rendered, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

5.3 Late Payments

Late payments may result in:

• Suspension of services until payment is received
• Late fees as specified in service agreements
• Cancellation of scheduled sessions

5.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify service fees at any time. Price changes will not affect services already purchased or scheduled prior to the change.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

6.1 Client Cancellations

Clients may cancel or reschedule sessions according to the following policy:

• 24+ hours notice: Full credit or refund available
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% fee applies
• No-show: Full session fee applies

6.2 Company Cancellations

In the rare event that we must cancel a scheduled session, we will:

• Provide as much advance notice as possible
• Offer to reschedule at no additional charge
• Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not acceptable

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Intellectual Property
